Booking Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another learner. Bookings cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full lesson fee.
Missed Lessons
If you do not attend your scheduled lesson, the instructor will wait for up to 15 minutes at the agreed meeting location and will attempt to contact you. If you are unable to be contacted or do not arrive within this time, the lesson will be treated as a no-show, and the full lesson fee will apply.
Fitness to Drive
For the safety of everyone on the road, lessons cannot proceed if a student appears to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to drive safely. Lessons may also be cancelled if a student is medically unfit to drive. In these circumstances, the scheduled lesson fee will still apply.
Lesson Packages & Refunds
All driving lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to continue your lessons, your remaining lesson balance may be transferred to another student, subject to approval and provided they are located within our service area.
Arrival Time
Please be ready at your agreed pick-up location at the scheduled lesson time. Arriving late may reduce your lesson duration, as lessons must finish at the booked time to avoid affecting other students.
Instructor Cancellations
If Oz Learn Driving School needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment at no additional cost.
Practical Driving Assessment (PDA) Bookings
Students are responsible for ensuring they have booked the correct WA Department of Transport Practical Driving Assessment (PDA) and meet all Department of Transport requirements on the day of their test.
Payment & Booking
To secure your booking, payment is required in full before your driving lesson, lesson package, or Practical Driving Assessment (PDA).
